This month’s outing had this group very intrigued! When it was clear that we would be hitting, kicking and yelling at each other (in a structured manner that is) we were all game to learn some effective self-defense techniques. RGI provided this great group of tough ladies with a themed pepper spray goodie bag as stay safe swag.
