Company Profile
The Riley Group,
Inc. (Riley) is a Pacific Northwest based firm providing environmental,
geotechnical engineering, wetland consulting and contractor
services since 1996. Our clientele include retail, mixed-use
developers, dry cleaners, plating and other manufacturing
facilities, gasoline service station owners, financial lending institutions,
municipal governments, realtors, and public utilities.
Riley specializes in assisting clients in the development and/or assessment
of commercial and industrial property. Our Services
include
geotechnical investigations, wetlands, contaminated site characterization, risk assessment
and remedial design. Our goal is to assess our clients
needs and project requirements and to provide timely, high quality,
comprehensive services.
Riley services the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID) supported by our main
office located in Bothell, Washington and branch office located in Issaquah,
WA. Much of our work is for repeat customers for whom we have consistently
provided top quality service.

The professional
and technical staff at Riley have consistently been efficient and productive members of "Design Teams" and can work on
numerous projects simultaneously.
We have staff of 12 professionals including: 3 geotechnical professional
engineers (P.E.), 4 geologists, 3 environmental specialists/building
assessors, and 2 wetland biologists and supporting staff. Our in-house
materials testing laboratory supports Riley's geotechnical and environmental
services.
